Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges when possible.
If you’d like to exchange an item you’ve purchased, please email dbecerra@movesajewelry.com with your exchange inquiry.

Movesa Jewelry reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange requests.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item purchased online, please email dbecerra@movesajewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned by the customer in new condition, along with the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for any shipping or delivery fees related to the exchange.
Once your exchange is accepted, you’ll receive an email from us with the next steps to choose a new piece.
Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please note:

  • All earrings are final sale.

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Holiday purchases made between November 1 – December 31 may be exchanged until January 10

Damages & Other Inquiries

If you receive a damaged item, please email dbecerra@movesajewelry.com or DM us on Instagram at @movesajewelry with clear photos of the damaged piece.
We’ll get back to you within 1–3 business days.

If photos of the damaged item cannot be provided, Movesa Jewelry reserves the right to deny the inquiry.

All damage inquiries will be resolved, repaired, or replaced within 2 months of purchase.
After this period, Movesa Jewelry does not offer replacements or refunds for damaged items.

For guidance on how to best care for your jewelry, please refer to the Jewelry Care information included with your order or visit our care page.

Once your damage inquiry is approved, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or help you select a new item.
