Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to prepare your order and send a little sparkle your way. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process and timelines.

Our Shipment Process

  1. Order Confirmation
     Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and receipt (make sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case!).

  2. Processing Time
     After your order is received, we carefully prepare, package, and process your items within 1–5 business days.

  3. Shipping Notification
    As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your jewels all the way to your doorstep.

Preorders

Items marked as “Available for Preorder” can be purchased in advance. Please note that preorder items take approximately 1–5 weeks to ship.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your preorder has been shipped.

Each piece is worth the wait, our team ensures that every jewel arrives with the quality and care you deserve. 

Our Packaging

Every Movesa order is prepared with love and attention to detail.
Your order will arrive in a compostable white bubble mailer to protect your jewels during transit and will include a Movesa Jewelry microfibre pouch for safe storage.

If you’d like to send multiple gifts and need additional pouches, you can request them for $3 per pouch.

Simply email dbecerra@movesajewelry.com before or immediately after placing your order.

Sending a Gift?

We’re happy to include a personalized gift note! Just write your message in the “Notes” section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Shipping Options

For Canada & the USA

Standard Shipping (3–14 business days)

  • Available at a calculated rate at checkout for orders under $150 CAD.

  • Free for orders over $150 CAD.

  • Includes tracking through Canada Post.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of Canada Post. Movesa Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by postal carriers.

Tracked Priority Shipping (3–10 business days)

  • Available for both Canada and the USA at a calculated rate at checkout.

  • Includes tracking through Canada Post and premium handling for faster delivery.

For International Orders

International Air Shipping (7–21 business days)

  • Includes tracking and secure packaging with a Movesa Jewelry microfibre pouch.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Movesa Jewelry ships worldwide to all countries supported by Canada Post International Services, including but not limited to:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us, we’ll do our best to find a solution.


Important Notes

  • Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

  • Movesa Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
